Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunatley I have only joined and have to blether on 8 more times before I can add links. Th CCA has no stamps on it only two signatures from bank staff on the top ie checked by, opened by. BTW it has an extra Office use only page added a week later--approved by sig card type number. cwab_sticks not BC it is Nationwide Cheers

Hi Just woundering if the CCA has a place for the bank to sign and they haven't, does this effect the enforcability of the contract. Thanks
