  1. All signed up, not good so far but I wasn't expecting any less. Need to wait for a pin to see in detail
  2. I know you're right. Just need to get up the courage! :/
  3. I had a period of a lot of letters from DCAs coming through as I was going through a rough patch and got scared so set up payment plans for all of them. I was only 21 so didn't really think about it too much. I've been scared to check my file to be honest
  4. Now that I know they're obliged to do that it will go onto the list of things I'm going to complain to them about
  5. Well they haven't done but what can I say, it's scotcall!
  6. I'm not sure, I lost track when I moved. I need to get a statement or something from them
  7. Yeah, not much just £10/month but it's only a small account. I think the balance is about £116
  8. I can't afford for them to so good luck to them if they try!
  9. Any advice here would be much appreciated... Long story short I have received a letter today from Scotcall stating that the client has requested that they stop taking payment from me and that the client will be in touch to make further arrangements. Has anyone else had this? Why would the client request Scotcall stop taking payment? Thanks in advance
