  1. April I took a weeks holiday and only got paid 8 hours and also taking a week very soon and will get paid the 8 hrs.
  2. Do I not have any statutory rights for holidays on the hours that I do actually work?
  3. I started work Aug 11 on an 8 hr contract. April 2012 I moved to a different department for a 20 hr contract. Was told by the summer my contract would be updated. I have been rotered in since April 2012 and always work the 20 hrs sometimes more, just do not get the benefits holidays etc. I have seen line managers and assistant managers and they get no joy from Manager of the store, reasons always being when such a colleague leaves. Many work colleagues have left and some started and have been given 20 hr contracts. Do I have any rights and is there anything I can do?
  4. So if contracted to 8 hrs but for 13 months rotered in for 20 what rights would you have in that case?
  5. Apparently after a few months of working the same number of hours this is classed as an implied or verbal contract, Is this right? I am in the same situation.
