    Tax credits awarded us £465 for the year 2015 - 2016 but from the beginning of april till mid june we was still on last years weekly amount and recieved that amount of £465 so not entitled to anymore this year

    Hi guys recently received my tax credit renewal it states from 2014 to 2015 we was overpaid by £2335 for the year 2015 to 2016 they awarded us 465 so in the payments from april to june we have already received this years entitlement , the thing i find baffling is that they will take the 2014/15 overpayment from future awards , i also find this annoying as i kept tax credits informed of my rise in income and changes to circumstances , am i likely to receive notification from tax credit debt team demanding repayment , any info gratefully accepted . Thank you

    never sent recorded but the payment aint been cashed , is it too short notice to do it again ?

    Hi guys recieved a letter of fredricksons today stating letter before action and legal action is being considered and should it be necessary to instruct solicitors the balance will increase

    hi guys just took my 30 day free trial on experian and this particular debt what this thread is based on aint even showing on my credit file , although it is still showing on the noddle report , is this a good sign ? kind regards p

    Hi guys got a reply from my SB letter i sent , it states the customer relations team now owns my complaint and the senior customs relation officer will be making a thorough investigation into my concerns and will be in touch with his resolution after his investigation , is this just a standard reply from a statute barred letter , thanks
