  1. Just to update. Decided not to persue littlewoods and bought the part myself from the internet, 3 months in the part broke again. I sent it back to the company I bought it from and upon receiving it back they refunded my money with an email stating they were not willing to send me a new part as, the part is faulty but they believe it to be caused from something going onto the heating element amd comprimising it, whatever that means. bought a part from somewhere else and are still working about 2 months in although I am not holding my breath. I know I should have fought harder with littlewoods but they are such a big company and they are sp good at making you believe that they cannot help.
  2. Evening folks. just been taking a look at my noddle credit report and I noticed a debt was missing. It was originally a budgeting loan from the dwp and when other half found employment we never arranged to pay it back. Anyway it was very very swiftly sold onto Icor(sp) who chased me for the money on a daily basis with annoying phone calls and letters. my question firstly is why has this not been added to my report, secondly will or can it be added to my account in the future. Then thirdly should I be worried when the no doubt restart their chaces? Thanks and sorry for posting in the wrong sec I couldnt find where to post it.
  3. Any templates or tips idea's on what I should write in my email to littlewoods want them to think I mean business thanks
  4. Got in touch with beko this morning apparently any new parts supplied and fitted only carry a 3 month guarantee and that there is nothing they can do to help. I contacted littlewoods the company I purchased the dryer from and have just quoted the sales of goods act, doubt I will get very far with them though as I have had problems in the past, any more ideas on what I should do. Thanks
  5. Hiya guys hoping for a bit of help/advice regarding my Beko dryer, will start from the beginning. Bought January 2012 October 2012- Dryer stops heating up, engineer comes out under one year guarantee and replaces the heating element as it is broken Now - Dryer showing same signs as previously, not heating up so OH just went into the back and the heating element has gone AGAIN. My question is firstly obviously the 1 year has ran out so is there any point in contacting Beko? Secondly does the part the Beko engineer fitted not also come under the 1 year?, because if it does the part is not get 1 year old. I could just go buy the part (which I no doubt am sure I will have to do) which I have found online for £35.00, but I really dont think I should have to surely the dryer should last longer than 15 months with a price tag of £240. I have no idea about my rights ect and am not having much look googling online either so just thought I would see if anyone on here has any advice before I have to open my purse
