SGE is a [problem] company, plz be aware and stay away from this company. I had a call from sge today from Sarah, the alarms bell started ringing when she had to ask me 5 times for my address, then she didn't even know that the small dash in email address is called underscore when i told her she seemed embarrassed and replied "is that what it's called". She then went on to ask for my debit card number just to verify my details that when alarms bell started to ring even more about this company, I refused to give any debit card details until I received something in black and white from the company, she then passed me to another department while she was doing this I started to look up sge loans on the Internet and came across this thread. The second person I was transferred to I told her to cancel everything because I've just found out there a [problem] company and put the phone down on her. About an hour later I had a call from sge loans again someone called Thomas was on the phone, he stated that I hadn't completed my application that's when I stopped him and said to him plz explain to me why there are multiple people who have written that sge loans is a [problem] fraud company, I read him a couple off the comments people have written about the way they have been scammed by this company, he couldn't explain anything and was lost for words and told me that there is a premium price which sge loans charge but he couldn't tell me more and said customer service dept would know more. I asked Thomas that all those working for sge loans do they not have a conscious that they are [causing problems] people and leaving them worse off he had no comment to state and said if you speak to customer service department they will be able to help you and put the phone down on me. I am so angry that companies like sge loans are operating in our society why isn't anything being done to get rid off these fraud companies.
