  1. My laptop has broken and won't turn on. Now my son spilt some liquid on it yesterday, I was wonder how easy would it be for me to get it fixed by apple. I have applecare on it but have read that apple refuse to fix any laptops that have been damaged by liquid. Will the sales of goods act help me or am I already fighting a losing battle?
  2. Has anyone got any contact details for the office of fair trading? I am trying to set up repayment plans with these companies and they are not playing ball. I don't want my financial situation to get all worse than it is.
  3. Hi guys, Sorry to highjack this thread, but I need some help, If I took out a loan with wonga for £440 and I have paid back £380.51 does this mean that I only owe wonga a further £59.49? Because at the moment even after asking for a repayment plan they have refused to stop all interest on my account, so if I send them a final settlement letter stating I will pay the remainder of the initial loan, then they have no right to pursue the case any further? Please help really stressing out with all of these, as they are not very helpful at all. P.S. Accounding to wonga I still owe the £354 even though I have paid that amount as I did a few rollovers.

  6. Hi guys, I recieved 2 e-mail regarding me setting up a payment plan, one company says I need to pay some money before they set up the payment plan. Is this normal proceeder? The also say the can't except less than £10 per month from me...what should I do? I also got an e-mail back from another company that asks me for and income and expenditure form, they also ask me to send a copy of my latest payslip in either .pdf or .jpeg format. I am not willing to send off these details to the because it has personal details like my National Insurance Number. What should I do? They have confirmed the they have stopped the CPA on my account as I requested this off all these companies. What should I do regarding my payslip?

  10. I have fallen into the trap of payday loans and now is the time for me to try and stop it before it spirals out of control even more than it already has. I owe about £1400 to various companies and I am looking for a way out before £1400 of stress turns into £14000 or even greater stress. Now I need to now what is the best way to stop any further interest being applied to these loans and setting up a re-payment plan to clear these debts over a period of say 12 months. Thanks
