  1. But theres something I don't get....My cap one account details are still the same on all three cra's... but I applied and was given an aqua card in nov 2011, but I hadn't used it, and hadn't even activated it....but rang them to cancel it and close the account. Since then until now, it was ' settled' then NOW its active again according to Equifax!! but how can it be active for card I never activated or used?

  2. I tried to get my statutory £2 report from Equifax but it comes up with this each time :

Please Note: Unfortunately we have been unable to retrieve the product(s) you have requested based on the information you have supplied. Please verify the information you have entered below and, if appropriate, resubmit your application. If you have tried to request your Statutory Report and the information below is correct, it will be necessary for you to order it by post by completing our printable application form.

The information below its referring to is my card details...What does this mean, as I used the same visa debit card for Equifax and Experian but I was wondering, if its because I already have an account with Noddle.

    Thanks

  3. Noddle shows a score of 1/5. More like it, I reckon it must be a bug in Experians computer system which gave me the 995.

Interestingly it shows less accounts than Experian or Equifax. It only shows four, the Lloyds CC, Cap one, the larger of the two Cabots and also the larger of the two Capquest accounts. Under closed accounts its the same as the other CRAs

Not everyone reports to the same CRA and not all report to all 3 of the major ones.

  4. very few reasons sadly

    one of the most successful

is if you can prove the defaults were solely made of their PENALTY charges.

    more info required

Ah i was just curious as I have one from January 2009. CRA says Lowell own it...Didnt think or realise anything at the time when Lowell offered me full and finals not long after Littlewoods sold it on but dont have any paperwork so could be going on nothing lol

  5. Ignore the £200. Wonga seem to have stooped to the levels of other PDL's recentley. Write to them and TELL them (again) that you will not be paying the £200 as they have added it on despite you trying to arrange a repayment plan. They are deliberately using the telephone speech to stall and add on more charges.

If your loan has defaulted for QQ, email png @ quickquid . Co .uk or ddirzo@ quickquid . Co.uk for a repayment plan by standing order... These two are above the collections department for qq, but id be more inclined to deal with mr dirzo as hes the legal and compliance manager x

  6. After discussing and liasing with the Vodafone customer rep from here named Lee, and another lady called Jenny...an email today stated that my whole account with Vodafone has supposedly been erased off my credit file ( as it shouldn't have been there in the first place ) and so, In advance, Id like to thanks BRAGADIER for his help, and also Lee. I would never have known I could have challenged them for the Late Payment markers and so to totally remove the credit account altogether is a better outcome.

  7. In my experience with this company is that they can offer pre-default repayment plans which is usually split into 3 payments. After this time, You will deal with the collections department, who are not very understanding and will deny being able to accept standing order repayment plans until the end of the world.... So if I was you, knowing what I know NOW, You should totally bypass the collections department, dont email their addresses they give you on their site.

email this guy from final resolutions department, png@ quickquid . co. uk or I spoke to someone higher called David Dirzo .... ddirzo @ quickquid .co...uk

I did before get a repayment plan from coollections but when speaking to mr Dirzo, he informed me that only under instruction from the final resolutions team, will QQ accept standing order repayments and he cancelled my payment plan into a standing order one ( although I then got a Full and Final settlement and paid it off so im no longer involved with them )

I'd be more inclined to speak to David Dirzo as he seems to be a bit more helpful.
