hi im new to this site however with the help from a freind that uses this site im in the process of a second offer from halifax £ 500 first offer of £ 100 refused. im now in the process of claiming from llyods tsb but the account is 15 years old and im unsure on how far back i can claim to what date should i put down in the statement request letter thanks lee
