Hi, sent appropriate letters to barclaycard re-claiming £297. noticed on latest statement today that i have recieved an £80 late payment refund. contacted them and they explained that £12 charges are not re-fundable (which i have 12) and that the other charges ten at £20, were more than covered with the £80 refund. I told them to pass this on to there complaints manager and they will get back to me. All i need to know is are they tryin it on with the £12 charges saying they are un-claimable and i'm within my right, if they are not going to pay in full then i will take to deffcom 2 and start court proceddings. many thanks

Hi, I am almost to the last stage of my claim (i hope). I have been given a court date to attend at my local court and they have asked me to arrange with my banks solicitors a time for a telephone conference????, I assume this is for the bank to put forward their defence. Am i still right in assuming that it more than likely will not get to court? Are the bank more likely to pay up once they realise this is at its last stage? Or could I actually be going to court? If I hear nothing from the bank before and up to the court date, Will i still be attending court? current ongoing claim which started in July is for approx £3500 over 2 accounts. I also have my wife's claim started, which is for £1000, also with Barclays. and a claim also with Barclays for £1200

anyone able to help me with AQ. I'm having trouble filling in section G other information. Has anyone got any ideas what i could put in this section? Obviously I don't want to stitch myself up at this stage! come on!!! lets be avin em!!!!!

Hi, my suggestion is to start the process again with step 1 on the Martin Lewis page, which is found by going onto the Trevor McDonald site which can be found on any ITV web site. This is very straight forward and gives you all the required links to the letter templates which you will need to send at the beginning.

Hi, I have just put 2 claims in for 2 seperate accounts with the online small claims court. I wasn't sure if putting 2 claims in was the right idea but as the court fee's will be refunded I didn't think it would matter too much, it also keeps it less confusing for me (i think?). could anyone out there tell me what the next step is now for me? I'm assuming its just a waiting game now? I take it i now have no further communication with the bank and the claims court deals with the next step? do the claims court send the details onto the bank? and how long do the bank have to respond? Is it 14 days? and will they be contacting myself or the claims court? (basically do I leave it with the claims court now or do I have further contact with the bank?) I'm sure its all detailed in the step by step guide, its just i got a little confused at this step and didn't want to balls it all up!!! Total amount claiming over the 2 accounts is £3997.03. bring it on!
