He didn't tell me when he just said this will be inconvenient they are also ignoring Harrington brooks as well. Does he have to tell me when they are coming? seems silly to send them when i'm out? Whenever I tell them to speak to harrington brooks they just reply with the bog standard email. Its an auto reply for debt management i think, so they must just say no before they even read your email.
