I wish I hadnt come accross all these posts! My husband and I are experiencing the exact same nightmare situation from Cunningham Linsey, Rainbow and Gearys (their appointed contractors) right now. We're 6 months into the claim and its getting worse rather than better and we're currently living without main facilities in our property. I cant go into detail as we're currently taking legal advise, but my god , it makes you wonder why we bother paying insurance in the first place. We've been so stressed and i see no end to it soon.
