Hi Have just purchased some furniture through harveys and took finance out through Ikano finance. I have my copy of the credit agreement and have signed twice, once for customer declaration and consent and the other that i agree to purchase the goods on credit. Underneath that there is a signature and date box for on and behalf of Ikano financial services limited. This is blank and has no signature or date in it. I was wondering should this be signed and dated to make this a legally binding agreement? Im sure someone will have signed the copy that was left at the store but if my copy has nothing on it signed by the creditor is this agreement enforceable?
