  11. Can any1 give me on advice on the following details My wife has 2 coustanding debts in her own name prior to us being marrried these debts are from a previous relationship. The first debt is for a bank loan which she has paid upto a point. The bank passed the debt for collection to a credit agency and they now want paying .Ive offered them 30% of the balance but they insists she pays 50% OR NO DEAL. Whats the best course of action ? She also has a credit card bill which gets serviced by the minimum payment each month .To be honest we are sick to the death of these debts which in total about £10K Simply because shes had absolutly no benefit from this money (an ex partner reap that benefit) Whats the best course of action for her . Many thanks
