Hi I recieved a moot croft letter today asking for £251 and then the £12 charge. I have only missed two payments of £20 pounds and am prepared to pay that next week when I get paid. What do I do as I'm worried that debt collectors will be at my door? It says I have to reply in 7 days and I'm really concerned
