  1. hi yes please, do you have a letter that i could send to fos etc. minicredit are being so threatening and im worried sick, the latest email says if i dont pay by feb i will owe £1866!! for a £100 loan! i geniuely have a very serious illness and the stress is making me worse, i have had managed to get repayment plans with wonga, txt loans (who were brilliant i have to say and the best so far for sorting out) and payday express, who are also a pain, any help you can give would be brill
  2. ok will def send the cca request off tomorrow, and will report to the oft no problems, as ive said im not even sure what this debt is for, thank you.
  3. thats the letter i sent to them and then got back this back.... ."Resolvecall informs me that as part of the credit agreement I signed and entered into, I agreed to pay the full outstanding balance and that where necessary the creditor could recover the debt by outsourcing the debt to a third party which included by way of doorstep collection. The second paragraph of their letter reads "Therefore the licence you state that has been revoked is irrelevant which for the avoidance of doubt we do not agree to, is not binding on us as it does not fulfill the relevant principles of contract law" I have no idea what this means or to what is refers. They end with stating that they are entitled by law and under contract to recover monies outstanding and can take reasonable steps in accordance with regulatory guidance is there another letter to send please,
