    HSBC have accepted defeat ( ) and are going to pay my claim. But I still need a bit of help. When accepting the should I say I will continue the court proceedings until I have received the payment via cheque? Is there a template letter that can be used as an acceptance letter, one that informs them I will continue action untill payment has been made.

    Help!I have looked on this website and seem to be confused about where best to send my '14 day demand for payment letter'. I am going in to my branch tommorrow to drop of a copy of the letter, but I need to know where I should post additional copies?Please help.
