yes it was around 2008 / 2009 when the small mistake of an overdraft in the bank was made and the charges were slammed on, i may just write to nationwide and alert the dc's that im communicating with the original source.

I have been receiving letters from RED DCA for a while now, each one stating the same, We "may" you "may". . They seem to think i owe Lowell £310 for a one off bank charge to nationwide building society years ago. I paid off some a while back but cancelled the direct debit as they asked for more and more money i dont have. The original overdraft on the old bank account was something silly like 50p which has now somehow become £310. need some advice how to tell them where to get off. I also moved house recently and they somehow found my new address and started sending me more letters.
