hi all hope u can help sorry for spilling i was in primmark and for got to pay for some think payed for other items any way sent me a letter saying they wont £130 pound well no way do i think this is fair when i i really wont to pay for the item even when they said i can go still i wonted to pay for it but no rlp so i see all the forms on here and said them a letter back Dear Sirs I refer to your letter dated 28 September 2012 I did not sign anythink admitting any liability I offered to pay as soon as I was aware that Iforgot to pay genuine mistake was talking to casher and forgot to pay even when I was leavening I wanted topay as wonted the item there for Any liability to you or any company you claimto represent is denied. No further correspondence will be entered into. but they still wont me to pay gave me 2 options pay in full or our client notregard alternative dispute resolution (adr)as a suitable option given the value of the claim. our client is however willing to negotiate a settlement if you contact our collections department what do i do plz help
