HMCS Kent Surrey and Sussex Finance Centre sent me the very first letter I received. Their adress is: PO Box 2989, Brighton, BN2 0TF. It is them and Marston Group I received letters from. PS.. replied to your PM.

Yesterday (02.10) was last day to pay them. Please, anyone, what should I do. I am even thinking to move homes All this is so much stress. Sorry for not responding to massages qiuck anough- working long hours.

Marston Group is the companys name. First I had the letter from HMCS Kent Surrey and Sussex Finance Centre about unpayed fine of 420 pounds dating back to 08.2007 . When I asked them on the phone- what fine is for- all they said was: it was so long ago and they do not have any information. So I refused to pay the fine. Next: letter came from Marston asking to pay 495 pounds (offence: person other than keeper fail give identity) Start ringing them again, but still was not told what does it mean. And then on 28th of April 5 o'clock saturday morning bailirff came and took my car from the drive. He left me paperwork (I didn't sign anything) which says that I owe them 720 pounds ( 420£-fine, 75£-bailiffs fee, 225£ attendance and removal costs). Following monday phoned Marston and it was 1049£ (I agreed to pay as a car was worth more) Been told I can pay to recovery company and collect my car. When I got there recovery guy phoned Marston and it was 1150£ ( the price went up in few hours) I didn't have anough money to pay. So I left the log book and the key. 8th of May letter from Marston " If you do not pay by 15.05.12 your car will be sold. I phoned them to say to sell it and that I left car keys and log book in the recovery centre. I asked them aswell when they gonna sell the car and been told: on 20.05.12 or around that date. Nothing since then: no letters, no phone calls. Until last week the letter came with the new ballance: goods sold: 600£ less auction commission: 198£ Less warrant owed: 920£ Less Storage fees: 2496£ Balance due: 3016£ 7 DAYS TO PAY (letter dated 25.09.12) There is no way I can get that sort of money ( wife works part time and have little son) Please help.

Bailiffs took my car. Sent me letter stating: If you will not pay the fine before 15.06.12 - your car will be sold. I did not have the money to pay, so on the phone conversation I offered them to sell my car. Since then heard nothung from them until last week. Letter came stating: your car was sold for 600£ and storage fee is 3100£. Pay the outstanding amount within 7 days
