There isn't a new job just yet but there are jobs available with "immediate start" which would presumably be within 2 weeks or so after interviews etc. No holidays left , so thats a no go As for references I can sort them out no problem Investigation would never come into anything re: getting another job

The question is as per the title ..... Would I be in breach of contract should I get another job whilst I am under suspension ? I have been suspended from work on full pay , as is the requirement , not knowing the possible outcome , if I can get alternative employment would I still be subject to giving a months notice as is specified in my contract of employment ?
