  1. Hi, sorry if this isn't the correct section, I had a look but couldn't find any other relevant section. Last month I was in pretty bad debt with PDL's so i went to Every Day Loans and they gave me the £4000 I needed to clear them at 85% APR over 3 years so I am paying £310 per month. Since the interest is quite high I am hoping to work enough overtime at my job to try and pay the loan off after 1 year but I was wondering if I have to pay the initial £4000 or do i need to pay the £11,000 (total with all interest over 3 years) to clear it early? I googled it before hand but couldn't find the information I was looking for. Thanks a lot Jack
  2. This is the reply i received, its getting pretty close the to 25th, should i cancel my DD if this doesn't get solved by the 24th ? Thank you for your email. We can confirm that the terms and conditions you agreed to when you signed up for your membership stated that if a payment is missed any reason an administration charge will be incurred. As this is something you agreed to, we are unable to remove this charge from your account. We are due to debit the payment on the 25th January 2015. We trust you find this to be in order.

Hi guys ill keep it short and sweet, i just received a letter from harlands saying i didnt pay my january membership even though i had money in my account and still have money in my account so i dont feel i should have to pay a £25 fee for this. what would the best response be and should i contact harlands or just contact the gym ?

  6. just been on the site but its really confusing, it asked me to sign up so i tried but that it asked me for a tax number that you can only get from a tax form or something but i dont have that
  7. Yes I work for the local goverment and no i was never sure what to do so i have always just took my p60 to the tax place to check
  8. Is there any way i can get them to start going this automatic ? for the past 8 year i have had to chase them by going to my local hmrc office and handing in my p60's but yet all my friends seem to get theres sent automatic without having to do any chasing
  9. I have no interest in buying the property, infact my main reason for joining the electroal roll is to get my own place eventually, also i know i have never been asked to pay CT, are you sure it still applys seen as though both my parents are on disability ?

Here is my circumstances Age:24 Living with parents Currently unregistered on electoral roll Parents are on disability Im working full time Basically a friend at work told me i should be on the electoral roll if i ever want to get a house or rent a place but i have some questions first. 1. If i register will my parents lose money 2. will i have to start paying council tax while living at my parents house ?

  15. Thanks for removing my info, i am happy to pay them but i can only afford the £60 per month i offered them but i dont want to be paying £60 a month forever just because they keep adding interest on. I was hoping there would be a way around it to remove any further interest

  19. Update - They removed the fee's just like you said thanks alot. Now i have £2214 outstanding and i told them i would like to pay it off over 2 years but he is trying to tell me i can do it in 1 even though im on minimum wage with other payments to make
  20. I sent the letter to Creation and i am waiting reply but i have just received another letter from WMD saying that are in the process of sending agents to my address to collect the outstanding balance. shall i just ignore them ?
