These people are a joke!!! I went to Lloyds TSB at 10am this morning, the queue was huge so I used the deposit box... It is now 4.15pm and the branch is closed and my money hasn't gone in! I rang customer services and they said that it wont go in until the following day!!! Really annoyed at this as it clearly stated that it would go in my account as long as it is deposited before 3pm!!!!
