No there is no court judgement I had the debt with natwest bank and they are collecting on their behalf.(I think so ) but the original debt was with natwest

hi, i meet a friend and he told me that he had a problem with moorcroft. i have problems with moorcroft as well. according to what my friend said moorcroft must have a legal right to enforce the debt. he said i can ask them to send me a confirmation for it.. i have made payment to them every month over the last 3 years might have missed some though 2 months.. ..i need a letter template in this regard thanks a lot and if you have any questions please ask me thanks a lot.
