Hi, recently had a run in with Athena and found this site, great advice and very tempted to follow it but just a few questions. Basically it was my friends car, she had loaned it to me for the week of the parking thing and she only received the apparent 'final warning' letter requesting she pay £90. Now as the car is in my friends name I'm wary of ignoring this incase she gets in trouble etc. If I were to reply to them as my friend just to state that she was not the driver at the time, and that she is not obliged to disclose the name of the driver, would this take her out of there firing line, or do you think they would still pursue her for this? Also the letter only states if ignored they 'MAY' pass the case on to debt collecters (unlike others i've read on here which state they 'WILL') so I'm pretty sure they are just trying to use scare tactics. Any extra advice is greatly appreciated.
