Sorry for delay I have been in hospital for the last week ok now and unexpected visit! I have not done anything since last post I received a "Notice that a defence has been filed" dated 18 Feb 2013 Attached is the allocation questionnaire I take it this is the thing i now need to concentrate on? Thanks It needs to be back to the county office on or before the 7th of March thanks again

we have some progress received a Notice of Issue in post this morning Your claim was issued on 25 jan 2013 it will deemed to be served on 30 jan 2013 the defendant has until 13 feb 2013 I presume this is standard? Thanks

Right sorry its been a long while As it is me this just had to go wrong Basically i chased them up the day the time ran out and they insisted they had sent me a reply but could not discuss it over the phone I kept chasing them and then about a week ago a neighbour gave me a letter for me They had sent the reply to 9 instead of 19 (it was clearly marked 19 on the forms or at least was until the clerk had stamped over the 9 ) anyway the letter was a rejection of my court fees because my letter did not state i receive income based benefit (my mistake) So basically i am not waiting for the correct forms to arrive from the dwp (should be tommorow) and then i start the process all again Nothing is simple

have just found a useful website http://thesheriffsoffice.com/articles/county_court_money_claims_service says can chase up after the tenth working day so if not here tommorow will ring
