can anyone help, citibank have upheld my claim for a refund, refund was due to me within 15 working days, now going into 25 working days, I have tried ringing a number on their letter, but when you ring it you get a message saying you need to write to them. Ive also emailed them but no reply. Im getting very frustrated with these clowns, does anyone have a phone number where i can speak to them direct or can share any other useful information with me. can anyone please help, Direct Line a branch of RBS have written to me confirming they will refund PPI, however last year they sold the debt onto IDEM Securities. I'm in a DMP with CCCS who make payments to IDEM. Can anyone tell me if I will receive the refund or will it go to pay off the debt. Thanks
