  1. Hello I got my second letter from Ruthbridge today! Haha
  2. Clearly I have alienated folk here it would seem. I really apologise. But my situation is desperate. I need help
  3. Absolutely fed up. I really am... It's wearing me down
  4. Rainbo Can I be sanctioned for my 71.00 assessment phase ESA tho? Not looking forward to my meeting. Every two weeks. It's an ordeal for me just to attend these meetings and the AA meetings. All this is has made me a whole lot worse throughout all this.
  5. Thanks Rainbo... I hear you Honey Bee... I am ever so sorry about my comments, my anxiety is mega up... I have to go see my Work Provider in two and half hours. The night before meetings are horrible, it get to me badly. In about an hour or so I will be piling out all the booze I have being drinking since five this morning. I really do hope you can accept my apology. I don't know why I spoke to you like that. So sorry.
  6. Hi I guess some of you are bored with me now, however I feel that my recent threads have being adversely affected. Timeline ... 1. Applied for ESA in July 2011 2. Prior to this I was asked to attend a4e on the Work Program in June 2011 3. I got signed off my doctor as per ESA application. 4. A4e still pursued me, telling me to attend meetings, they switched me over to Turning Point in Nov 2011. 5. Ever since I have being involved with Turning Point attending as they request meetings with them at a4e's office to current date. 6. Turning point tell me I have to attend AA meetings as a minimum condition to receive my benefits. 7. I have failed my ATOS assessment, I returned an appeal, that failed, tribunal is now awaiting a date to be heard. I have being advised that whilst on ESA at the assessment rate on this forum, that my involvement, with any agencies is against the rules, and they can't enforce anything on me whilst being on the assessment phase. Although I have being advised that its a Condition Management Program which is mandatory.... I ask, pleading for help. What's is my position? Many thanks to those who can help, please. Many thanks
  7. Hi HB I thought that about the hour thing... I don't know why, weird. However its strange I have had no responses. They usually reply quiet helpfully and timely. That's odd. Thanks and regards
  8. Hi HB In my super brief use of Forums and threads the more the posts it seems to get diluted... Should I open a new thread? All it is I have being given conflicting advice within this thread and the other one I mentioned above (today) My lil Noodle is smoked that's all. Thanks and regards.
  9. Hi HB... I would just be repeating myself! As I say if anyone can offer any help based upon my comments and those responses i received TODAY, I was be grateful, extremely so! Thanks and regards.
  10. Hi HB The ones timed at 14:46, 15:59 and 17:07 by myself. Thanks for any advice Regards
  11. Hello... Can anyone provide further help regards the posts I have made today? Many thanks
  12. Erika Thanks for the advice. My concern is still regarding information release regards attendance.... The chap from the Work Provider is an ex drug addict, he knows all about the system of AA and NA, the Big Book etc. I think he could, in some way, establish my attendance, perhaps by back channels, if you know what I mean. Thanks
  13. Thanks ABC I have read that... Still unclear it mentioned CMP being for twelve weeks only. I have being participating since Nov last year. If indeed this is what I am participating in? It's unclear if its for ESA at the assessment phase or main phase ESA. Any help please guys... Regards
  14. HB It was from thread http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?361745-Help-required-with-ESA&p=3944495#post3944495 Thanks
  15. Hi HB It was this post speedfreek 08:59 15th August 2012 Originally Posted by sja75: Ok thanks My queries are... 1. How can I get around this? 1, Yes you are as a condition of your ESA isthat your are in therapy/management for your addiction. Ask them to fully explain what that means in your case. Originally Posted by : Drug users and alcohol abusers - Clause 9 and Schedule 3 of the Act provide for problem drugs users and those who have problems with alcohol to be directed to make, and comply with, a rehabilitation plan. Now is this (edited) (weblink edited)? If it is then it's not strictly Work Program in the nasty Ingus thread sense. It's what is called a "Condition Management Program" (CMP) More about that later. There may be a welfare organisation/charity/friend service who can accompany you if that helps? Taxi there? whatever ask your provider. Now what is a CMP? A CMP is a total life package for a claimant that tries to assist with all aspects of that persons life to eventually get them back into to work. When they get a job the assistance continues for as long as they need it. Read more on them here http://www.dwp.gov.uk/docs/cmp-lessons-learned.pdf Now have a read then start asking questions about what you want to get out of this and how? Also how to best make use of the organisations around you to make your life a little bit easier. Hell it will not be an over night miracle and is quite scary at 1st. But you never know until you Thanks
  16. Thanks for post Rainbo... What's a WRAG. Thanks
  17. Hi all me again! The advice I have received on here has being great. I do have a question though. I have being advised on another thread that I DO have to attend this Work Provider and go to AA meetings. Even thought I am still in the assessment phase of ESA. This chap said I needed to comply stating it wasn't Work Program as such, it was something called a Condition Management Program. I am confused.... Am I obligated to this? It has being advised on this thread that I should not have to participate in anything whilst being on ESA at the assessment phase. Any advice please! Thanks
  18. In addition it would be great to hear from anyone on ESA for alcohol addiction. Thanks
  19. I have just read my thread back, thank you guys for the help, I will get in touch with the DWP to try and get it suspended. In addition. This is definitely not a wind up as it was suggested earlier.
  20. Antone. I hear you. But that guy has effectively destroyed my thread. I am annoyed
  21. Fine Antone... I just want this thread to be continued as I started it to get HELP!
  22. Down and out.... And Greg Are you guys out there?
  23. I don't get what OP or COE means.... So unless you guys can't say it in plain English. Don't bother at all. Thanks. Greg. Are you out there? As previously mentioned, this thread is for addicts or anyone else who can reply with an valued interest. My issues are horrible. So please just those that can relate. Many thanks
