hello everyone , i' need some help please , about 3 weeks ago , i' have send my spreadsheet with a letter to the HBOS to claim back my charges given them 2 weeks to reply , since then i' heared nothing but i' had more charges on my bank account , now i'm not to sure , what to do ???please helpregardsmike

hello everyone , a good friend of mine ask me for help , he has been working in germany a long time ago ( late 70s early 80 ) , he has been told in a meeting .... that he is entiltelt to getting hi tax refoundet , but the german company deutsche rentenversicherung are not willing to pay the tax back , he has send many letters and forms to them even copies of his , german tax slip ( P 60 ) can someone help please regards mike

Hallo Everyone , I' Finaly Got All My Bankstatements , So I' Got Into The Webside To Fill Out My Spreadsheets But It Is Very Strange There Is Only Very Little Intrest Showing On My Statements Over The Last 6 Years Just About 1.15 Pund And I' Have Charges Over 2123 Pounds , So I' Don't Know Do I' Ignor The Intrest And Fill Out The Spreadsheet Without It Or What Do I' Do And How Do I' Fill Out The Spreadsheet Without Intrest ? Could Someone Give Me Some Advice Please Regards And Many Thanks Mike

thanks for the reply , i' have contacted my bank again and now they have promised me to send the rest of my statemants within 5-10 working days , i'm going offshore tomorrow and i' will leave it till i'm back home in 2 weeks time if nothing happens then i' will take further action and i' need to get some help from everyone in here , just now thanks to all again regards mike

hello to everyone , i' have a very hard time here with my bank , i' ask them per letter for my bankstatemants of the last 6 years and i' enclude a fee of 10 pounds , 5 pound more as bank of scotland only charge 5 pounds ( i'don't know at the time ) well after the 40 days , finaly i' received 3 copys of the year 2001 /02/03/04 ..... so the entire year of 2005 and 2006 are missing , so i' have ask them via phone to please send me the year 2005 , 2006 but nothing happens , so i' got in contact again with consumer action group to ask for advice ........ i' download the letter to give the bank 7 days to send me the missing part , before there will be any court action and i' have send the letter via special delivery on 19th august 2006 but nothing , nothing at all no bankstatements for 2005 and 2006 or not even a letter to tell me why or what is happens nathing at all , well that shows me how much my bank care about there costumer .... anyway , now i' need some help , could someone please tell me what could i' do and what is my next step many thanks regards , mike:?

hello everyone , i'm sorry for not been online to much , i' have no computer at home , i' also been traveling a lot , yet i' will find some more time to get my case sorted out it is now 9 weeks ago as i' have send my 1st letter and a fee of £ 10 for my bankstatements over the last 6 years , after 6 weeks i' got 3 big letters from the bank ( i' was not home a the time ) but my partner told me on the phone , as i' arrived back home i' opened the letters and they sent me 3 copy's of the same 4 years 2001-2004 , the whole 2005 and 2006 are missing , so i' contacted the bank and they say the rest its on his way , that was 2 weeks ago and i' still haven`t recieved anything yet , please could you tell me , what i' can do and what my next step is ??? regards mike

hi , 1st I like to thank you for giving me the great option for a reclaim of bank charges and also that this website make me unterstand and help me to find the right way to go through this , however here are some quastions to ask. 1. i'm working offshore and got 6 days to go till i'm back home , do you think it is good to send for a requst of my bank statements for the last 6 years or should i' wait and go personally into my branch ? 2. can I do the same with creditcards ( visa ) and would you do this all in one go or leave it seperate ? i'm looking forward hearing from you regards mike
