Hi There, we booked our car in for a full service and mot. Once the car was being looked at we were advised it also needed four tyres, which we accepted and bought. Then when we took the car away the engine light came on. We took it back, they looked at it, and when we took it away after thirty minutes the engine light came back on again. We took it back again. The engineers looked at it again but cannot fix it. They have advised we take it to ford and have an inspection to see if the issue was caused by kwikfit....Considering this issue never occured before we went to the grage i feel safe to say it is kwik fits responsibility.This is going to cost me £82.50 for a Ford diagnosis and however much more to rectify an issue caused by kwikfit on top of the £600-£700 we have just spent at their garage.
