Hi all,
found this forum after paying a whopping ridiculous bill today for gas/elec bill.
i had been trying to contact them all last week, but their lines were unavailable, so i sent them an email on 10, then 12 july but they finally contacted me on my mobile at 15.06 today and as i was at work at 15.09 they sent me an email saying that they had referred my account to debt collection agency because i had continuously been unavailable!!!
they are an unbelievable rude, and bullying natured company.
there must be something we can do as a collective...?
has anyone actually contacted watchdog? or would be willing to make a group contact to substantiate all our experiences
