So a payment to the CCJ does not classify as a payment against the defaulted value? I'm just worried that the 6 years will start again from June 2011 when BC last made a payment to AL. Due to this being a "Bryan Carter" case he has tried the split claim approach by accepting £400 for a debt which was £5,277, I have never responded to any letters since the CCJ amount was paid. Default Date: Jul 2006 CCJ Awarded: 26/11/2007 (£10 p/m) CCJ Satisfied: 04/03/2011 I still have a copy of the CCJ which lists the client as AL and a representative as BC. Because of the difference in the total and the ccj it is not marked as settled in my main screen (noddle)

I have a CCJ and Default from Alliance and Leicester/Bryan Carter and Co. The CCJ is now marked as satisfied. Should the original default be removed on the 6 years of non-payment or on the date the CCJ was granted or should it be now marked as settled on my report to be removed 6 years after the last payment of the CCJ? It looks from my credit file that BC was paying AL about 3 months in arrears.
