for some reason this company(myloans)has taken a £1 out of my account on 25th june and on the 29th june taken another £69 out of my account,i havent even looked for a loan so why would they do this,im on job seekers allowance so ger about £70 a week and now its gone,just rang them and they said they would refund it but could take 30 days but i need it now!!!why the hell would they do this i dont understand,any help would be nice thanks
