Hi, I have used payday loans in the past but never this one, that i can remember. This morning (payday) they have taken out £303 from my bank in 7 different transactions as my bank told me! The bank have now told me i need to contact Cap One Fin but if i get no joy 2 get back in touch with the bank in 3-4 days, when it shows on my statement exactly where the money has gone. The bank already know where its gone as they traced it and told me where it has gone! What should be my next step? Thanks.
