Hi, I've just received a letter from Scott + Co saying funds will be held by them as I am a third party. I thought they couldn't freeze your money in your bank account anymore. I currently have a wage arrestment for previous council tax arrears, where they take a pecentage of my monthly wage, and I thought if they couldn't take the money twice from you for the same thing. I'm going to phone them Mon, but just wanted some info before I do. Thanks
