Hello dx, I sent the original claim to their address. I have had acknowledgement over the telephone that they received the claim and are processing it, to be fair to them they did say it may take up to 12 to 14 weeks to process. They said on the telephone this morning that the letter that I had received which was dated 1st June was sent as a result of "human error" to thousands of people.
It just seems unfair that after sending a letter stating that they have completed a review of your case that they can then rescind this.
