Any advise? Hello iv have seen your advice on previous threads and I was hoping for a little advice. I had a debt passed to opos and they were nice and friendly and I agreed to pay them £60 a month as they said this is what I have to pay due to my earnings. So I made my first payment, but second payment fell over a bank holiday and my wage was not in my account. I emailed the man that said he wast account manager and I told him the money would be in the account the following day at 5pm. I got no response but I left the money in my account, but they never took the money and another one of my creditors took all I had left. I offered to make 2 payments this month and even asked them to call me tonight, but now they just keep emailing me saying they will not deal with me over emails (even though I asked them to call me) and they will now collect the money in full without me having to do anything. It's seems a bit odd the way they work, I don't know whether I need to report them or just ignore them? Iv tried to resolve the situation
