  3. OK so after my letter in january they have filed a court claim I really could do without a CCJ over this! Im trying to remortgage, id happily pay the £227 for it to go away an not have no credit for 6 years. I obviously need to file this back, what should be the defence? What do they normally do in these cases as its clear a contract could not be entered into easily thanks
  4. Thanks all, Ill get that off today! Got an email from the store, they aren't surprised at any of this as they've had far too many people complain about the carpark and raised it with their MP aswell. They wish me well but nothing they can do as its privately owned land, with a dogey app. Should i reiterate any of this? Should i also describe why the app is so shocking ly rubbish or is the above letter enough? cheers!

I appealed via their website, being very careful not to identify as the driver https://www.ce-service.co.uk their appeals is sneaky, it asks if you are the driver and then if you're the keeper before giving you an online appeals form. I didnt check either box I then stated in the appeals text box, the online app did not register me parking, it did show me the vehicle was paid up, it doesn't keep any receipts, but it does show my most recent location was 'grey friars car park' showing i was there and obviously used the app. My bank account did not get charged. ZZPS Ltd from SUrrey, then sent me a letter asking for £100 and £70 admin fee - £170 for an app they use that doesnt work MP just got back to me, he said they are looking to tackle this and will put extra pressure on colleagues to address this issue.   7. WAIT - incorrect data - It was a pay by phone ONLY. Council got back to me, it is not their grey friars but a private one operation Requesting the charge being waived by the land own (QD stores). Im presuming they own the land as its behind their store but not 100% certain. Found out from the council today its private. QD stores MAY own it, ive emailed an appeal.

This has now gone to £182 after the initial debt collection firm took over (now back with CEL The carpark had two options, pay-by-app and cash, we had n cash hence using the easier app. The app in the playstore has shocking reviews, im not the only one. I wasnext going to get 'their hand' sent to me fromt he data controller, sending the following: Dear Sir or Madam Subject access request ( Data Protection Act 2018 / General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) ) Please supply the data about me that I am entitled to under data protection law relating to myself. - All photos taken - all letters/emails sent and received, including any appeal correspondence earlier - A PDT machine record from 23/11/2019 of payments - A record of online payments made using the Google Playstore APP that day - all data held, all evidence they will rely on, and - a full copy of the PCN, NTK - a list of all PCNs outstanding against me and/or this VRN, and I will remind here that any claim must be for all PCNs, not several separate claims. If you need any more data from me to confirm my identity please let me know as soon as possible. It may be helpful for you to know that data protection law requires you to respond to a request for data within one calendar month. If you do not normally deal with these requests, please pass this letter to your Data Protection Officer, or relevant staff member.   10. sure. here: 1-merged.pdf written to my MP but Im unsure what can be done. The carpark is under council ownership, im not so sure it was previously, but either way. Complained also now to the Bedford council about the practises of their carpark collections. Informed them Ive notified my MP.

  13. They are certainly crafty sending a letter out knowing time would waste away being christmas period. Im strugglign t fill out the q&A as it was so long ago when they started sending me this rubbish, im not even sur ei have copies of their documents - once they went to the debt collection route i knew all hope was lost for them.   14. Thanks Id happily pay the parking fee if thats whats owed but £180+ is ridiculous when their app is the one thing that failed. DO i also write to my MP and the MP of the location?
  15. Thanks for opening SO, nothing since May as you saw before I received a debt collection letter from a 3rd party. As they got no response ON CHRISTMAS EVE I received a new 'CLAIM FOR DEBT' containing a handy 'previous case notes' from a court appeal that went wrong. They include an affordability schedule, they have upped it to £182 They are sending the letter in accordance with Pre-action Protocol for Debt Claims (PAP) contained in the Civili Procedure Rules (CPR) You have 30 days to complete the enclosed or possibly face court acton. 'If you ignore this letter and fail to respond proceedings will be issued against you and may increase you liability for costs" I can then tick a box saying A,B,C,D etc. I owe the debt, I owe some of the debt, I dispute the debt, I dont know i owe the debt,, I will pay buy need time, Im getting debt advice, I h ave provided docs, i need more docs or info, sign and send back.   18. The mother is refusing to give up the birth certificate of the child living with me. I am applying for child credit from the govt but it says i need the birth certificate? What are my rights to obtain it? The child and I have asked numerous times, its 'lost' or 'cant be found' or 'you dont need it' We DO need it for all sorts of things, her next steps in education, ID for bank, passports etc.
  19. Yes - all asking for login details the ex has, I dont. Cant log into anything - contact us says write a letter via post. Rang the helpline, cant get through for anything other than if covid is affecting me.
  20. I received a CMS claim - it's wrong. I need to call them with the correct information - I called, due to Corona virus, they "arent taking any calls unless its about unemployment or statutory sick pay". Any other topic, refer to the self service website Go to the SSW, it says log in with a password i selected when i signed up (I didnt - the mother did) Go to "reset pin" it says again give secret passwords from initial sign up - I DIDNT SIGN UP THE MOTHER DID! Contact us - "you can write to us on the following postal address" No other options! So its day 13 of the demand to respond, they aren't taking calls, you cant log onto any system - how am i supposed to do anything here. They are demanding an inflated amount and i have 14 days to call them..... which i cant. Currently ringing the covid line ... just to speak to SOMEONE.. but they'll cut me off again
  21. Hi So, it has continued - the CEL have moved to a debt collector for the money They use ZZPS based in Surrey. So, court action isnt really their game then as they wouldnt bother with ZZPS
  22. Unfortunately, the money didnt come out, so the app said it had taken funds and a countdown time began but the money never came out of my bank, and im guessing no money into theirs means they presumed i hadnt paid!
