  1. To update my problem with BMCDigital. After dozens of emails from me and the seller refusing to give me the tracking number of my item I had to upgrade my dispute to eBay. They have looked at the case and I have just received a full refund. It does pay to keep onto these companies, thanks for everyone who supported me with this. Len Beasley

  3. I recently purchased a power supply from the above Company on eBay paying with PayPal. As soon as I had completed the deal I remembered that having just moved house I had not updated my Paypal address. I emailed the Company informing them of my new address. I contacted the company a few days later only to be told they had sent the item to my old address and could I contact the new owners to find out if they the item. I did contact the new owner and was informed they did not have the item. I informed BMC this and asked them to ship another power supply, they said they woud send the item to me when they received their one back. After trying to contact tnem wiith numerous emails I was informed I should open a greivance with eBay which I did. When I contacted BMC the next time I was informed that all communications must be through eBay. I sent a message via eBay simply asking for the name of the shipping company and the tracking number and am still waiting for a reply. Can anyone please tell me what else I can do.
