Hi all, The ticket was issued by "Napier Parking" all I know is it says Fixed Charge Notice at the top of the paper, seems a normal ticket to me It was stuck onto the wind screen, Thanks

Hi, just thought i'd share. I have had the same thing happen to me! Your thread fills me with hope! Got a parking ticket today, fixed charge notice BUT the Vehicel Registartion No. on the ticket is M xxx xxx where as my vehicle registration is N xxx xxx. Should I ignore as this ticket does not apply to my vehicle! Thanks
