Beware Park Beds __glasgow

Hi. I am new to this, but came across the site when I tried to access the website of Park Beds as printed on the label of my Shenergy mattress. I bought the mattress a year and a half ago and don't believe it has lived up to the 10-year guarantee. My plan was to contact them to complain and seek a replacement/refund. Having read some of the posts here, it would seem there is no point as the company no longer exists. Is this correct?
