Hi dont know if this is the right place i won an item on ebay i paid by cheque but the goods have never reached me.. they other guy has cashed the cheque,and i tried contacting him and the response i got was i dont live at that address any more wtf what can i do now?

I was going to mention my previous job which was back in 2010.as i was classing sports direct as not a job.because i never had an income and i never got given a start date..was just told someone would be in touch...turned out no one was and then i was let go..despite me making every effort to find out what is going on. was totally messed about.. that is why i was asking if i mentioned my last job was 2010 would they know it wasnt... due to me claiming working tax... but dont matter now am just going to tell them i was ****ed about and take the letters to show them there was no start date.. cant do much now anyway because am moving 3 hrs. away from the store

Cut a long story short..i was claiming woring tax for two months because i thought i had a job.. got messed about got sacked..now working tax are aware of this and am paying small amount back.. now my question is will the job centre have any record of me claiming working tax when i go for my first appointment? i didnt do one days single work for sports direct.never earned nothing

Part time it was i got contract through the post but had no start date..just said your manager will be in touch weeks went by where i heard nothing so i did write letters,and made calls but nothing came of it...then i got letter saying am sacked.i did not do any work at all..i even spoke to head office after getting letter saying what is going on..she said sit tight there is a new manager..so i did that but again nothing came of it so am guessing when i go the jobcentre i say my last employment was asda back in 2010? annoying thing was i got working tax for 2 months will i get in trouble for this i did tell working tax credits that i have been messed about with work..i am now paying back £5 week so working tax office are good will the jobcentre have records of me getting working tax for two months?

my last job was November 2010 they have that on record because i signed on back then..also we where claiming joint income support due to wife having baby..so last time we actually claimed income benefits from them was end of October 2011 since then i have been in and out of houshold so basically i have had no pay from sports direct no nothing..so when i go for this interveiw once i moved all i say was is my last employment was asda back in november 2010

1 i never got given a start date i was told manager will be in touch. 2 i made contact by going into the store and also by writting letters. 3,job centre never got me this job i did..am on probation so i wanted to impress my po now based on all this am moving to a new area on friday and need to make new claim for jsa now what the hell am i suppost to tell them? 1,i left the job because i am moving and it takes 4 hrs to get to this job? 2.tell them the whole story,which i intend to but will my claim be delayed? 3.tell them i got the job but there was never a start date

No i dont but getting sacked is going to cost me jsa no doubt they will sanction this then what is me my partner and child suppost to live on

Hi cut a long story short i applied for job back in October,got the job at the interview.but i had to wait for forms to come through,forms which i had to send proof of my identity,so I done this but never heard from my manager,,I assumed they did not want me,,this was 2 months on i did send letters and made calls to my manager but never got a response back,..now in February i got a letter saying i will be disciplined for not reporting to work,bare in mind this is 3 months on,so when letter come i rang head office and played hell with them telling them,i have took the right steps to make contact with my store manager but i have heard nothing,,response was sorry about this ignore letter your manager will be in touch..now again 1 month on and i never heard anything,next min i get a letter saying they dont need me no more am sacked. so basically what my question is can i be sacked if i haven't actually done any work
