I have received a couple of text messages and emails from OSOS and DERS, do not say who they are just a reference number, thanks to your forum i have realised they are dealing with Minicredit. i am at the moment dealing with Payplan who are dealing with my stupid debts (my fault) mini credit are ignoring them there payments are all pending and the aggreement is still pending on my account. dont really know what to do next can anyone help
