Am I right in saying that you need to be receiving JSA for 12 months if you're over 25 before you or put on a works program. If so my question is this if someone can answer it what about if you weren't entitled to JSA for 10 of those months and you have to pay back those 10 months of JSA back as overpayment and you basically only receiving JSA for two of those months are you still entitled to go on a work programme since basically only been receiving JSA for two months and not 12 months needed to go on a work programme are you in your rights to say to your adviser since I've only been on JSA the two-month and not 12 months I don't qualify to go on works program and decline the offer to go on it.

hi has anyone seen the article from Channel 4 News website titled "exclusive A4E finds jobs for 3.5 per cent of job-seekers" it's a very eye opening article. Quoting from the article which I found was very disgusted and humiliating for the person involved "Karen Turner, who was also placed on an A4e scheme described the process as "humiliating". She told Channel 4 News she was told she had to take a Chlamydia test on her first day on the programme. The service was so poor she said, she eventually complained to her MP." Why would the work programme want to know that the client has got chlamydia or not it's none of their business and it wont affect their job search if she did have it they can't really sanction if she refused any way so why do it.

I’m going to be thrown on the WP this June I will not give my consent to the data protection waver or any forms they put in front of me but my question is if Ingeus put me on a CV or confidence building or any over courses do I have the right’s to ask them to put me on an independent course which is run by a deferent company or college and not run by Ingeus or any of their subcontractors.
