I bought one of their beds in April 2010 and also have problems with a large sagging area on one side. Initially I also had problems with waking up sweating. The bed did not meet their claims in their ads. I phoned a new number for Park Carpets whose name appeared on my invoice and was told by the man that Park Beds had gone under in April last year and that he had had a concession in their Renfrew Street store. I wondered with both company names containing the word Park that they were related and had directors on both boards? Can anyone shed any light? Having spent over £500 on the mattress I'm not impressed with having to replace it so soon.
