Hello, I purchased a mobile phone on Tuesday 29th October 2013. Just today the item developed a fault (camera no longer working). I contacted the power/business seller and requested to return the mobile phone so it can fixed/replacement issued. They said since it's past 7 days (currently the 19th day) I would need to pay for the return postage to them as per the sellers terms and conditions. Is this the case? Is there anything per the Distant Seller Regulations that states the seller has to pay to return the product that has a fault? Thanks!

Hi, I signed up-to a company to host my website in the United States (I live in UK) but I think they also have an office over here. I wanted to cancel my account the same day it was due to be renewed but I never stupidly looked at the the terms of service and they require 30 days to cancel an account. I am now liable for that renewal and not paid a penny (£150 is due). They keep sending me emails about debt collection but I have not had a letter from the through the postt? My question is, should the company send a letter to me first before sending me to a collections agency? Is it a law?
