I didnt send any letters in with the esa50 or when i went the medical! I told them who to contact in the esa50 in the "who can we contact section" and Dr address section!..which is why i thought they would get the info required or why else ask for it on the form? The only person who knows my condition has left there job a few years back when the building closed and i havnt seen anyone else since that!..my doc just knows whats written in the history notes and as i avoid telling people that a suffer with pathological an+iety etc ,most dont know whats what! When i was awarded DLA 5 years back it went to tribunal and they sent an atos dr to my house,and my occupational therapist was there to. He concluded in his report that from his observations.. that i have a markedly pathological an+iety disorder which is made worse by stress!(significant disability likely)in bold letters. Not long after i was awarded the OP left and i moved house! 4years went by and i havnt seen anyone else since because i shut myself away and dont bother telling people whats happening! Not sure whats the best thing do if they want recent diagnosis? Its rather pathetic that we have to do all the contacting and finding out! even tho its a simple phone call for them to do!..I dont even answer my mail or go to appointments recently and the dwp want me to be an admin/secretary guru and have all the letters neatly in place without a hitch? ?

Ty all for good advice i will be sending them all the letters i can,...just one thing to mention is that i had to renew my low rate DLA aswell and was awarded the same rate as b4 from the 23/08/2012 for ne+t 2 years! Would atos/dwp know about this? or should i send my DLA award notice to em?...if so does it have to be the original or a photocopy? Also does the fact that u have been awarded DLA have any bearing on the ESA outcome or not?ty riggs.

Ive not had to hand in any unfit notes for past 5years!..It says on the letter they havnt looked at the infomation on my doctors certificate as its unchecked??...why is that?..They must of contacted my dr surely as thats common sense??..Would CAB or any of u folks know the meaning of it?..i cant be the 1st person to get this after a medical ty all.

Had the atos medical around a mth ago,not heard nowt,then i received a letter(IBM270 More information) from dwp saying that they have looked at all the info given to them.... there was a tick by the medical questionaire,a tick by the medical assessment but no tick by the doctor's certificate?? It goes onto say that based on this info u may not be entitled?..then... Before we decide if u are entitled or not,let us know if theres anything else about your illness/condition that u want to tell us about! For e+ample,tell us.. if u think we have not taken into account something that you have told us about your illness,or anything about your illness that you have not told us about already. If you do not have anything more to tell us Please let us know straight away lol If u have something to tell us Write to us At the bottom it says... We must get the information within 17days of the letter? It dont make much sense to me as they had loads of info in the esa50 and were told same in medical! Why dont they get all the info themselves as the history notes would spell it out clearly instead of relying on 3rd party info?...im baffled,what are they hanging the decision on?..your help would be great as 17days is now 15 days lol ty riggs. .
