Thanks for the replies, i contacted Motobility who logged the complaint and then put me through to Kwik Fit customer services, didn't find them very helpful the guy kept saying well if they were busy they couldn't do any more, but told him i was still not happy, then later today i had a call from a manager who is investigating and is going to call me on Tuesday. One good thing Motobility got them to send a mobile tyre unit out to me this morning so at least i have had my tyre replaced now.

    Kwik fit

    JUST HAD THE MOST DIGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM KWIK FIT. TOOK MY MOTOBILITY CAR IN BECAUSE I HAD A PUNTURE. I AM DISABLED. I :-xWAITED FOR OVER 90 MINUTES THEN WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE MY TYRE IN STOCK. I ASKED WHY THEY COULD NOT OF CHECKED THE STOCK WHEN I ARRIVIED AND GOT A COULDN'T CARE LESS ATTITUDE OF YOU,LL HAVE TO WAIT TILL WE ORDER ONE IN. I LEFT THERE IN TEARS BECAUSE OF THE PAIN I WAS IN AND THE DISGUSTING ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF.
