Thanks for the replies, i contacted Motobility who logged the complaint and then put me through to Kwik Fit customer services, didn't find them very helpful the guy kept saying well if they were busy they couldn't do any more, but told him i was still not happy, then later today i had a call from a manager who is investigating and is going to call me on Tuesday. One good thing Motobility got them to send a mobile tyre unit out to me this morning so at least i have had my tyre replaced now.
