  1. We started a new thread about this company this morning regarding refusal to give a refund for several holes in a brand new tent out of the box and their rather unpleasant response. They did respond to the new thread again in a very offensive way. We then received a pm from the site admin saying they had received a complaint about the thread, so it had been unapproved possibly temporarily while they investigate. we are a bit baffled as our post was very polite and inoffensive, as was the post above that MASAMP8 also posted on the new thread. We can only assume that the complaint was about the response from the company which is a shame as it confirmed what ourselves and customers such as MASAMP8 had found the companies attitude to customers asking for refunds to faulty goods in line with the law. We will again write to this company and give them a further 7 days to refund our money, we will then take it to small claims. Any other ideas would be welcome.
