Hi, I have received 2 letters from Ruthbridge advising someone to call, I didn't know what this was about, so I sent a CCA letter with a £/po requesting a copy of the CCA etc. Ruthbridge replied within 12 days returning the £/po advising they have requested the info from Cabot financial relating to Barclays. I sent an SB letter to Ruthbridge which they received yesterday only to receive today a letter from Cabot advising CCA info should be through within 40 days and requesting payment. I'm all confused and really worried. The debt relates to Barclays over 6 years old. I have not made any payment in 6 years nor acknowledged this debt, just sent CCA. I would be grateful for any help. Thank you

Thank you for your quick reply Brig. Yes they returned PO advising not required under S77 & S78. I have never acknowledged debt in last 6 years, I will send this letter RD. What if they write again? Thank you

I have received 2 letters from Ruhbridge DCA, asking someone to call. From looking at other threads they se like a nasty piece of work. I sent a CCA with a £ p/o which they have returned stating that they have requested the info from their client Cabot finance relating to Barclays from 14 years ago. I have never acknowledged or made a payment for over 6 years. Should I send a SB letter as over 6 years? Can someone please help a v.worried Wal62
